Millions of people around the world practise meditation. Ten million people or more people in the USA alone practice mindful meditation. That’s quite a lot. Mindful meditation has become popular as more and more people enjoy living a better, less stressful, more productive life.

Mindful meditation can be a powerful force. Like music, life has many layers, and mindful meditation can help you become aware of all the nuances.  Mindful meditation isn’t magic. It allows you to concentrate your awareness on the here and now. All too frequently, our attention can scatter into the past or the future. We become distracted and unable to focus on what is important in the present. Mindful meditation gives us power to focus on the here and now

More importantly, it puts us in control. The mind is an extremely complex labyrinth, where the subconscious can rule and throw roadblocks in our path. There are times we behave in certain ways without being consciously aware of why. Mindful meditation increases our awareness and opens our minds to more answers. Our senses are heightened as we enjoy the present more fully. Everyday activities, from what we eat, how we enjoy art and listen to music, and how we respond to friends and family become more vivid as mental walls crumble.

Morgan is a master coach and professional trainer. He has trained corporate companies like, Microsoft, IBM, etc in corporate team building. He has also coached thousands of people in personal empowerment.

His forte is coaching people in the corporate sector MINDFUL MEDIATION as part of the Corporate Stress Management program. He has been teaching since the 1970's.

Being a highly respected STRESS MANAGEMENT program consultant, he was one of the first to add meditation triggers in side the program.

Dr.Morgan was one of the first in Asia to author a highly acclaimed book on Stress Management, entittled, 'STRESS MANAGEMENT FOR YOU' under his family name - V. Mohan in the early 1990's..

As a professional coach/trainer, he is accredited by the International Accreditation Institute-USA.

His ancestors are from India and Fiji Islands, they finally settled in beautiful Malaysia.

He is the author of four other books. He is no stranger to publicity, having appeared in numerous TV shows, programs and media. He now lives in Kuala Lumpur with his wife and children.

He just completed 'Manifest YOUR Dream Life' personal empowerment manual.
