About the Programme

This programme is aimed to help you to improve your knowledge and skills within the hotel industry especially in food and beverage service. You will be trained to skillfully handle food service, beverage service and guest service. By acquiring the JPK certificates, job and career development prospects can be enhanced as you will be assessed and verified as fulfilling the requirements for skilled gainful employment in the hospitality industry.

Qualification

  • Candidate must be atleast 16 years old and above.
  • Candidate should have school leaving certificate.
  • Candidate with SPM no credits.
