Hi, have you ever been in a situation like this before?
Say you are travelling with a group of friends and you are driving the car. Suddenly, you came across a traffic jam. Your friends start commenting.
One friend would happily say, 'Great! Traffic jam! Thank God we decided to go together, at least we have more time to talk'.
A second friend would frown and looking at his watch and say, 'Oh man! Traffic jam at this hour! We are going to be late! Check on Waze if there is another way.'
A third friend would probably stick out his or her head and say, 'What's happening? Why is there a jam? Could it be an accident? Or could it be a road block?'
And the fourth friend would just smile and say, 'Guys, relax. It's just traffic. We'll get there soon enough.
The funny thing about this is that it is the same situation but we all responded differently. Why?
We are all different, we have different personalities. The way we think, behave and act is based on our personalities. The best part is that people have done researches and we now know that there are 4 different personality types.
This workshop is where we will discover and learn about the 4 personality types. More importantly YOU will get the opportunity to know your own personality type and the people around you. With this knowledge, we can learn to communicate and connect better with people.
At the end of the day, it is all about building a good relationship with the people around you.

1. Take MY PERSONALITY TEST - Participants will take the personality test to discover their personality type.
2. DISCOVER The 4 Personality Types - Participants will learn in detail about the 4 different personality types. They will be exposed to the many different names used in personality profiling. More importantly they will know their strengths and weaknesses. They will discover how the different personalities think, work and behave.
3. APPLICATION - Participants will learn the skills to communicate with the different personalities better. How to identify the different personalities and how to connect better with them. This will enable participants to build better relationships and hence grow their network and create more success.

3. APPLICATION Learn To Connect Better With People. How to communicate with the different personality types, how to understand them and create meaningful relationships that can grow. Remember, People Don’t Care How Much You Know Until They Know How Much You Care!
Instructor Biography
The trainers are the founders of Real Leaders Solutions (RLS), Amirul Iskandar & Elin Arjuna. They have more than 11 years of experience in training in the country and overseas. Amirul has a degree in electrical engineering from Queens' University of Canada, while Elin has a degree in accounting from the University of Malaya. They both worked with various organizations and companies. In addition, they also were hailed as successful entrepreneur in Sydney Australia in 2005 when they were recognized for excellence in their business.
They are trainers and motivators in soft skills and leadership development. They have trained students and entrepreneurs in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. Amirul & Elin is also the founder of the largest annual undergraduate conference in Malaysia, the REAL Undergraduate Conference (RUC). Today, Amirul & Elin have trained more than 30,000 students from all walks of life! They are frequently called upon to do trainings for corporate offices, networking companies, public and private universities, colleges and polytechnics and schools. Their seminars and trainings have been very impactful and the feedback from participants has been very positive and powerful.
They have also written a book on entrepreneurship which is entitled Passion2Income which is now available on MindAppz. They have a passion for teaching and training. Amirul & Elin lives in Kuala Lumpur with their three children.
