Programme Overview

Certificate in Customer Service is primarily designed for those who are interested to work in the frontline industries. The three-month intensive course plus one month Industrial training comprises four modules on English proficiency, customer handling, grooming and other necessary skills for participants who intend to attend job interviews and land jobs in these industries.

Programme Objectives

The objectives include building on participants’ ability to increasing their skills so they are able to be work with superior skills and provide a higher level of communication, finesse and decorum in their work place. Necessary industry related skills, situational awareness and customer handling means that each participant will be well-versed in the fine art of hospitality. All modules include group, pair and individual work and assignments. On-going assessments are included in the programme structure. The course provides a total of 192 instructional hours.

Students should have a credit in SPM English
