Ms Pak founded System & Skills Training Concept Sdn Bhd (SSTC) in 2008, focusing on delivering Accounting and Business skills qualifications to high school leavers and working adults. The center is approved and accredited by Dept of Skills Development (JPK), Ministry of Human Resource, Association of Accounting Technicians, UK and Society of Business Practitioners (SBP), UK. The center is also registered under the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia.
Her initial years of experience was working in the accounting and finance fields; including overseeing and auditing more than 65 projects’ income and expenditure within South East Asia Pacific region.
One of her prominent positions was as the Chief Operations Officer of a leading security printing company. She headed in specific the HR and Finance Departments besides being the key liaison officer with relevant government agencies and spearheading the company’s corporate communications strategy. She was featured in the ‘Women for Business’ magazine in 2006 and on national TV in 2008 (in conjunction with Malaysia’s 50 years of independence).
Protect Print under her leadership achieved commendable awards and grants, including SOBA, SME Award, International Print awards, MPC, MDEC and MTDC. The company’s key progressive factor was the Human Resource and the stability of staff members. Ms Pak implemented successful staff retention schemes that enabled the company to be preferred among its clients, namely the banks and educational institutions.
Her last working experience i.e. up to March 2017 was as a CEO of an education group under MAA Bhd. She managed 9 education centres located with the Klang Valley.
