JEBAKUMARI SELVARANI EBENEZER is a Senior Lecturer at the Academy of Language Studies Universiti Teknologi MARA in Shah Alam. She has 32 years of teaching experience and is a resource person for Academic Writing For Foundation Studies in UiTM. At present she is seconded to the UiTM Foundation School in Dengkil. She holds a Masters in Education from Universiti Malaya, Bachelor of Education (TESL) from Universiti Putra Malaysia, Diploma in English Second Language in Universiti Malaya and Certificate in Education from Maktab Perguruan Persekutuan Pulau Pinang. At present she is pursuing her doctoral studies in Education in Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
MUNIRAH ASARY is a lecturer at the Academy of Language Studies Universiti Teknologi MARA in Dengkil. She has eight years of teaching experience. She is a member of the resource team for Academic Writing in UiTM. She holds a Master in Applied Linguistics, and a Bachelor of English Language with a first class honours from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a Diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin. She has been training undergraduates in UiTM in the area of academic writing and also in presentation skills. Her areas of interest is in writing and applied linguistics.
NOOR SHARIENA ZARAINI received her first degree in B. Ed TESL from UiTM and her Masters in Applied Linguistics from Universiti Putra Malaysia. She has been teaching Academic Writing for Foundation Studies since 2010 to Diploma, Asasi and Degree students from various institutions. She has 10 years of teaching experience and is a member of the resource team for Academic Writing in UiTM. Furthermore, she was an examiner for both MUET and Matriculation English Paper in the area of writing. She was also one of the developers of MOOC platform for Academic Writing subject.
WAN SYARIZA WAN YADRI is currently an English Lecturer at the Centre of Foundation Studies, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Cawangan Selangor, Kampus Dengkil. She has eight years of teaching experience and is a member of the resource team for Academic Writing in UiTM. She received a Master of Applied Linguistics and a Bachelor of English Language from University Putra Malaysia. She has been teaching English to undergraduates students with different levels of proficiency since 2012. Curently, she is teaching academic writing for foundation students. Her areas of interest include writing, presentation skills, and training students for Malaysian University Entrance Test.
MUHAMMAD LUTHFI MOHAINI is an English lecturer at UiTM Shah Alam who believes that academic writing is the pathway for students to explore academic writing effectively. Being an educator for almost seven years, he has been teaching English language for various levels inclusive of foundation, pre-diploma, diploma and degree programs. He recently won a gold medal in Konvensyen Kumpulan lnovatif & Kreatif Universiti Awam (KIKUA) 2019 where his work focused on writing skills. At present, he is pursuing his doctoral studies in the area of Language Testing & Assessment at UiTM Shah Alam.
NOR ELEYANA ABDULLAH obtained her B. Ed. (Hons.) TESL form Universiti Selangor and Master of Applied Linguistics from Universiti Putra Malaysia. As an educator, her repertoire includes seven years of teaching English and English for Specific Purposes to students of various proficiency, backgrounds and levels from certificate, diploma, to degree. She was also a resource team member of Academic Writing in Uitm, Dengkil and also has been developing teaching and learning materials, as well as research materials involved.
