Instructor Biography
Abdul Razak Abdul Hadi (Prof. Dr) is currently the Deputy Dean of Internationalization Institutional & Industrial Partnership at Universiti Kuala Lumpur Business School. He lectures and researches in the areas of financial markets, corporate finance, investment, banking, and entrepreneurship. He is also an advisor to several small-medium enterprises in Malaysia. As a recognized specialist in finance, he has been appointed as a member of the Scientific Committee for both international and local conferences. He is an active member in the Malaysian Finance Association (MFA) and the Asian Academy of Management (AAM). Besides his passion for assisting entrepreneurs in new business ventures, he also conducts seminars and workshops nationwide on topics related to entrepreneurship, organizational performance and financial management. He has published over 60 research articles in journals and conference proceedings. He is an active trader in Bursa Malaysia Securities and his research currently focuses on financial markets efficiency, energy crisis and entrepreneurial development.
Tahir Iqbal (Dr) is currently the Head of Finance at ARK GROUP (a group of 20 companies in Malaysia). He is a certified finance and investment professional, specializing in both domestic and foreign investments. He completed his PhD in Finance specializing in foreign direct investment (FDI). He is associated with Universiti Kuala Lumpur Business School in a number of applied researches including some international projects with Ministry of Tourism Indonesia. He is a professional trainer as well as an expert in Business Analytics, Applied Finance and Econometrics. He has published some research articles at national and international levels including some books on Business Analytics. Tahir has a special interest in stock market analysis and aggressively involved in stock trading.
