Real estate issues offer six real estate-related chapters comprising six (6) different themes namely real estate investment; housing studies in the context of elder generation; housing studies and behavioural real estate; knowledge management in real estate valuation; real estate and facilities management; as well as real estate development and construction. Each chapter describes in detail the fundamental aspects, current issues and practices by the real estate players. Various range of examples are included mainly from the emerging economies of Malaysia as well as developed economies of United Kingdom and other countries.

This book is useful to the real estate professionals and students. It will provide a value-added perspective that will allow real estate professionals and students to place their specialism or interest in the broader context. We hope this book adds another general reference to real estate literature in Malaysia and benefits all readers.
