Instructor Biography
Prof. Abdul Razak Abdul Hadi is currently a full-time academic at Universiti Kuala Lumpur
Business School and an active practitioner in the field of corporate finance. He lectures and
researches in the areas of financial economics, corporate finance, investment, banking, and
entrepreneurship. He is also an advisor to several small-medium enterprises in Malaysia. As a
recognized specialist in finance, he has been appointed as a member of the Scientific
Committee for both international and local conferences. He is an active member in Malaysian
Finance Association (MFA) and in Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS), an international business honor
society based in United States. Besides his passion in assisting new entrepreneurs and start-up
companies, he also conducts seminars and workshops nationwide on topics related to
entrepreneurship, financial management and business intelligence. He has written and
published over 90 research articles in journals and conference proceedings. He is an active
trader in Bursa Malaysia and his research currently focuses on financial markets efficiency,
corporate governance, global energy crisis and entrepreneurial development.
