Instructor Biography
Julina Md Noor is an associate professor in Emergency Medicine UiTM, who is currently heading the department of Quality Improvement & Patient Safety in Hospital UiTM. She has undergone training in MSQH and certification from Institute of Health Improvement and is instrumental in setting up quality measures for Hospital UiTM.
Mohd Amin Mohd Mokhtar is an associate professor in Emergency Medicine UiTM, as well as the Deputy Head in Department of Quality Improvement & Patient Safety. He has completed basic training from Institute of Health Improvement and is the key person behind the development of General Hospital Policy.
