ESSENTIAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN THE WORKPLACE 2ND EDITION targets undergraduates and people already in the workplace market. The focus of this book is communication skills – both the oral and the written in formal and informal contexts. These skills are not just an asset but a necessity in today’s working contexts.
