Larry is so adamant and difficult to correct. He has been practicing a bad manner and finds his own justifications. One day a heavy freak storm lashed the neighbourhoods. The small township is flooded and the cause for the flood is what the people practice when disposing their rubbish. The residents association gave notice to all and they heeded took the advice except Larry. Larry learned a lesson not from others but from the nature. The story runs in a thread of environmental protection
