Investment Valuation and Appraisal

NOR NAZIHAH CHUWENI, was born in Kuala Lumpur and received her BSc Estate Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia in 2006. Later in 2009 she received her Postgraduate Diploma (with Distinction) in Estate Management and Master of Science (with Merit) is Estate Management from London South Bank University, United Kingdom. In 2018, she received her Doctor of Philosophy (Property and Planning) from Queensland University of Technolog, Australia. Currently, she is a senior lecturer in the Department of Estate Management, Faculty of Architecture, Planning and Surveying at Universiti Teknologi MARA, Perak Branch, Seri Iskandar Campus.

LIZAWATI ABDULLAH, is a senior lecturer Estate Management Department at Faculty of Architecture, Planning and Surveying, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Perak, Malaysia. Her interest are in the areas of sustainability, valuation, housing and property development. She obtained her MSc from the University of Malaysia in 2008 and currently doing PhD in UiTM.

SITI FAIRUZ CHE PIN, was born in Kedah and received her BSc Estate Management from University of Malaya, Malaysia in 2009. Later in 2010, she received her Master of Science in Real Estate from the same university. Currently, she is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Estate Management, Faculty Architecture, Planning and Surveying at Universiti Teknologi MARA, Perak Branch, Seri Iskandar Campus.

NUR LESYA FIRSYA JOHAIMI LING, is a senior lecturer in the Department of Estate Management, Faculty of Architecture, Planning and Surveying at Universiti Teknologi MARA, Perak Branch, Seri Iskandar Campus. She was born in Negeri Sembilan and received her Diploma in Estate Management in 2006 and BSc of Estate Management (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia in 2008. Later in 2010, she received her Master of Science in Property Investment from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia. She has started her career as a lecturer since 2010.

FAZA FAYZA MOHD FAWZY, was born in Malacca and received her BSc Estate Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia in 2008. Later in 2009, she received her Master of Science in Real Estate Development from University of Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom. Currently, she is a lecturer in the Department of Estate Management, Faculty Architecture, Planning and Surveying at Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia.
