Calculus for Engineers

Calculus for Engineers serves as a guide for students studying for the diploma and degree in engineering at Universiti Teknologi MARA. This study guide consists of four main chapters which are organized in modules based on the syllabus requirements of the diploma and degree in engineering courses.

Some concepts introduced in each module are summarized using concept maps which will help the students to identify and recognize all the methods used throughout the course. Step-by-step solutions for various examples of varying difficulties are shown for easy reference. Warm up exercise with step-by-step guidance is put forward at the end of each topic for students to test their understanding on the concept and methods involved. The Special Section of common errors in Mathematics performed by students also included in this book for reference with the purpose of reducing the common errors among the students.
