Upgrade Yourself Training (Presentation in Bahasa Malaysia)

The Upgrade Yourself Training (UYT) program is a soft skills and leadership development program that aims to upgrade (upgrade) IPT students to have a mindset and determination to succeed in life and increase their potential, especially in building themselves to be successful people.

The program will equip students with the things they need to do as students, communication skills, time and financial management, mindset to be a successful and best student as well as have a strong sense of identity and passion to succeed.

Coach Amirul and Elin are the founders of Real Leaders Solutions (RLS); Amirul Iskandar Mannan & Elin Arjuna Mohd Arip. Amirul has a degree in electrical engineering from Queens University Canada while Elin has a degree in accounting from the University of Malaya.

Both of them have served with various organizations and the latter has served at TM. In addition, they have also been named successful entrepreneurs in Sydney Australia in 2005 upon achieving a level of excellence in their business. They are trainees and motivational experts who have trained students and entrepreneurs in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.

Amirul & Elin are also the founders of the largest annual conference of IPT students in Malaysia, the REAL Undergraduate Conference (RUC). They have over 12 years of experience as trainees and have successfully trained more than 30,000 IPT students throughout Malaysia. They are also the author of the book, "Passion2Income ~ Turn Your Passion into Income" (ISBN 978-983-44688-04).
