A balanced combination of sustained poses (Hatha) as well as poses flowing in a mindful progression from one to another. Attention is always given to basic alignment principles. Mindfulness; observing breath and body are an integral part of class. Classes are balanced with energy, to give you a good physical work-out, and calm, to keep you balanced.

Goals/Objectives

What To Know Before You Arrive:

- To expedite your initial check in, please pre-register online.

-  We dont provide mats for you. Please borrow your own mat

-  We suggest wearing comfortable clothing and avoid heavy sweats or shirts.

- Drink plenty of water before class and bring a bottle of water with you.

- Avoid meals for 2-3 hours before class.

- Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class. Please note, we do lock the door when class begins and latecomers are not admitted.

- Bring an open mind and spirit.

Instructor Biography

I began my yoga journey from a desire for spiritual transformation, healing and mind-body balance. I, teach energetic, stimulating and motivational class that give people the opportunity to have both a learning and healing experience. While not on the mat, I commits to service and travels every chance I gets.
