Great leaders” it is said, “get extraordinary things done in organizations by inspiring and motivating others towards a common purpose.” No two leaders are alike. That’s because leadership comes in many different forms: They vary in their management philosophies and have distinct personality quirks. But one idea remains significant –that leadership is unique to each person.
A good leader is often seen to be focused, balanced, looks at the brutal facts and draw conclusions appropriately. Thus, good leaders, with no doubts, is a great source of inspiration to the people they lead, inspiring and somebody that people look up to. The worst thing that could happen for a leader would be, being disconnected from the people either through distance or communication.
Leaders, especially those on the front line, are the single most important ingredient in building an engaged, high-performance workforce.
Goals/Objectives
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
The objectives of this program are three-fold i.e.
1.To share ideas on Leadership development techniques and in particular Motivational Management.
2.To develop communication skills for continual staff development.
3.To provide the skills, techniques and confidence necessary to apply those concepts in the working arena.
