Importance of Classroom Management

Classroom management is at the very touching of teaching and, ultimately, affects your students' learning outcomes and can have an impact on your wellbeing. 

Effective classroom management means a thriving learning environment and dedicated students.

Ms Jegathiswari Seetha Raman (Arularase Baskar) a graduate with Dip IT, Bachelor In Business Administration, Certified NCS Trainer from Thames Oxford Academy, HRDC Trainer, Speaker and Coach with KS Learning Edge, specialist in training and coaching. She has more than 20 years working experience in various Industries. 

In training and coaching, she is well verse in IT related, sales and marketing, business communication, as well in soft skills. She has conducted training for retrenched as well unemployed graduate program under the Ministry of Human Resources, HRDC program in the year 2001. Her experience moved to solely in training and coaching for the IT, sales and marketing team for one of reputed company In Selangor. Previously she, was a consultant and trainer in area of IT and sales and marketing with Reliance Carnival Group Sdn Bhd. She was in the full range of coaching and training start from the goal setting, decision making, Problem Solving, Performance Management, Transformation Leadership. Her experience was formed and developed, moved to a career where to be Freelance Trainer where is she now. 

Her experience not only in face to face(offline) but as well online. She almost trained more than 500 participants in total during this pandemic. As for the IT related  and due to the demand in Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Excel, started this soft skill programme and experience training for corporate industries as the core module in their working environment, which can boost employability and career prospects whilst also being a useful tool to analyse data in everyday life, such as when managing personal finances. Excel is an easily accessible software that is a valuable tool in all aspects of working life and should be considered critical for an an emplyee's personal development.
